Been staying there since it opened and has gone down hill...lack of maintenance. Pool tiles lifting around hot tub, lights burnt out, beds are old, no hot water just warm. The area around the property has 3 feet of grass and never cut. Limited menu in lounge. Certainly not representative of hilton properties.

Room was excellent and staff were very friendly and helpfull. The restaurant also had a reasonable menu for breakfast and supper.

The entire hotel was without cable TV service over the weekend. The water temperature was barely warm enough to take a shower. The hotel hallways and stair cases are cold. The air temperature in my room was cool. My room thermostat did not work and it was not until the next morning that I found out that every room has different air temperature control some on thermostat and others on the HAVC unit itself.

I checked in and was immediately uncomfortable by the desk agent. As soon as I got to the room, the pungent smell of something rotting hit me. I asked to be switched into another room and they made a big deal out of it. I then asked ******* for a refund and they said the hotel had to approve if it. I literally didn’t spend an hour in this hotel and they refused to issue a refund. ******* was NO help. As a solo female traveller, this is unacceptable. I know have boycotted all Hiltons.

The check out staff were MIA I waited 15 for a staff to check out, when I checked out they made me wait another 10 minutes so the cleaning staff could inspect our room before they would refund us our security deposit. I was told it was policy, yes this was the the second stay they suddenly started doing this. We were travelling with our young son. I will never return and do business with this hotel ever again, you just lost me as a customer.

接送机服务点赞👍。晚上到酒店比较迟,基本上没什么吃的了,问前台买了4包泡面Mr Noodles。就是算房费时携程已经支付过了,在酒店还是再支付一次房费,应该是海外携程没衔接好,这一点需要改进。
