I checked in and was immediately uncomfortable by the desk agent. As soon as I got to the room, the pungent smell of something rotting hit me. I asked to be switched into another room and they made a big deal out of it. I then asked ******* for a refund and they said the hotel had to approve if it. I literally didn’t spend an hour in this hotel and they refused to issue a refund. ******* was NO help. As a solo female traveller, this is unacceptable. I know have boycotted all Hiltons.

The check out staff were MIA I waited 15 for a staff to check out, when I checked out they made me wait another 10 minutes so the cleaning staff could inspect our room before they would refund us our security deposit. I was told it was policy, yes this was the the second stay they suddenly started doing this. We were travelling with our young son. I will never return and do business with this hotel ever again, you just lost me as a customer.

The hotel was meh it definitely needs some upgrades. One elevator was out of service and the other one sounded like it was going to die. There was POOR communication between staff at breakfast and we ultimately ended up leaving hungry because of the sheer chaos. Room had mold in the shower and along the seal of the shower door, the bathroom door was dirty, there was coffee spilt in the coffee holder. We were super disappointed in our stay and wont be returning. However the pillows were super comfy.

We didn't have a lot of issues with the hotel or service, although the hotel could use a little love (ice machine not working, one elevator not working, hair dryer in the room didn't work). Our main concern was that the air conditioner was not working and it was 30 degrees in our room. We called the desk and were told that maintenace does not work on the weekends. They tried to see if we could switch rooms but they were completely booked. The next day we talked to the desk again and also learned that they are between maintenance guys and the new guy starts Monday. While we sympathize and were met with kind and apologetic staff we were hoping that more could have been done. We ended up each buying a fan at Walmart so we could try to have a more comfortable sleep. Perhaps having some fans on hand for situations like this might be a good idea, especially since maintenance doesn't weekends.

接送机服务点赞👍。晚上到酒店比较迟,基本上没什么吃的了,问前台买了4包泡面Mr Noodles。就是算房费时携程已经支付过了,在酒店还是再支付一次房费,应该是海外携程没衔接好,这一点需要改进。
