I actually went to Shankus Nature Health Centre, NOT the water part or the Resort. The Health Centre adjoins the resort. My friends and I, (9 of us) spent 6 days at the Health Centre. It is a warm, friendly place, primarily run by a doctor couple. The place is compact, quite green, with comfortable rooms. I really liked their massages and treatments. The therapists are quite good. The staff is hospitable and very responsive to guest requests. The only issue I had was with the food. It was primarily Gujarati, and quite unimaginative in terms of variety. I understand that it is a health retreat and therefore their focus was on a millet-based diet. But a little variety would help. Plus, serving only Gujarati food (with most things having sweet/ jaggery) is not palatable to people with different tastes. It probably also limits their clientele. It is a good retreat and guests from everywhere should experience it. In all, a pleasant experience.

One star just because of staff. They lack humanity. They did not allowed food for my 10months old baby. And argued that you should have bring khichdi n milk we allow that we dont allow roti/bhakhri. So now thay will decide what my baby will eat.if someone is staying in for 7 hrs how would they decide how many times and what my baby will eat inside. I went there with group n did not wanted to spoil their mood so i let go of food. They are not doing charity they are charging hefty amount n still showing so much arrogance.

Had a very comfortable stay. The ambience was wonderful. It’s a wonderful property with lot of greenery. Loved the food. The hospitality of the staff was very good. A special mention of Hulda at the Restuarant who displayed a very special touch in her approach to customers.

We visited Shankus Waterpark yesterday, traveling by car from Chandkheda, Ahmedabad. The journey took around 1 hour, but we faced traffic both ways. **Location:** The waterpark is easy to reach and well-connected to the main road. **Waterpark Experience:** All the rides were fun and enjoyable, but the **wave pool experience was disappointing**—it doesn’t run throughout the day. Drinking water is available in some areas, which is a plus. The best time to enjoy rides with shorter queues is **10–11 AM** and during **lunch hours**. **River Ride:** The river section lacked enough tubes. I asked one of the guards, and he mentioned that **most of the tubes were punctured**. This made it difficult to enjoy the river ride properly, which was disappointing. **Food:** We ordered French fries (₹170), but they were served cold. However, the pizza was good. **Refund & Deposit:** The refund process for the deposit was smooth, but note that they only return the deposit in **cash**, even if you paid online. **End of Day Experience:** Around 5 PM, when the park closed and everyone moved to the locker and changing area, so locker area is crowded. the **security staff behaved rudely**. They didn’t allow us to sit near the riverside and **forced everyone into the locker room**, which was very uncomfortable. This part really spoiled the overall experience. **Suggestions for Management:** * Improve **security staff behavior** and customer handling. * Provide **locker facilities at more convenient locations** to avoid crowding. * Improve **food quality and value for money**. * Ensure the **river ride has enough functioning tubes** for guests. **Overall:** The rides were good and fun, but poor end-of-day management, rude staff, and a lack of basic resources like river tubes spoiled the experience.

Though tent rooms were small but they were equipped with all the amenities.staff of Housekeeping, restaurant and reception were all good. Stay was in greenery wirh birds and peacock chirping.
