The front desk staff was rude and on their phone while I was checking in and checking out. Different people. Whoever is managing that hotel does not prioritize customer service. Apparently if you order room service your not allowed to go containers and the hotel staff refused to ask them to provide me the containers.

Everything was great except i was surprised and disappointed in the fact that "the Guests" are required to pay to park in the parking lot. It definitely makes you feel like you are not a guest. I imagine some guests ignore the signs and dont log thevinformtion about thier car abd therefore dont pay for parking as it appears to be based on an honor system.

Room was spotless, staff incredibly courteous. Excellent breakfast! Great fitness center but could use wall mounted TV in front of treadmills. Just a suggestion. Only negative was having the fire alarm go off (staff member burned popcorn) and having to go down 5 flights of stairs. Tough on the knees at our age (60+)
We have family in the area we were visiting so we will definitely be back and will stay here. Great area restaurants, shopping, etc.

We were given a room that was uncleaned and unsanitary. They made it right by refunding us but it was such an unpleasant stay. Hope they can work things out on their end.

Great work space!
Very clean and the king suite was huge. Lots of work space and comfortable desk chair. Mini kitchen was great and a lot of room to relax!

我住了三个晚上。酒店位置很棒，离餐馆很近，设施也很好。早餐也很令人满意，特别是那个煎蛋卷。

早餐非常简单
不仅要付费停车，而且停车场不在酒店内！你必须穿过繁忙的大西洋大道和另一条小街才能到达！天气好的时候就已经够糟糕了，如果遇到炎热或下雨天气，那就更糟了。
一定要查看天气预报，如果预报有风，那就取消预订，去别的地方住吧。房间和走廊里会发出呼啸声或嚎叫声，吵得你睡不着觉。他们说是风吹的，但只要你把推拉门稍微打开一条缝，声音就立刻消失了。这肯定是压力问题，需要修理。退房前两小时停电一小时。既没有打电话也没有敲门通知延迟退房时间。
