We usually enjoy our stay there. The staff are friendly and helpful. Food and room were good. I was disappointed in the pool this time. The water slides were only on in the evening and for some reason the water temperature was way too cold.

Waterslide and pool were awesome amenities to have, however things need to be kept up. Everytime we turned around, there was black flies in the pool. Our hotel room was just plain gross, the headboard had splashes all over it, the rim of the toilet was moldy, light switches were dirty and there was cracker crumbs in one of the beds? Will not be returning.

Amazing extraordinary pool! Grandkids engaged even the teens! Very clean! A little dated but cleanliness trumped that!

The staff at the property were absolutely the best! Huge shout out to Joanne at the front desk, she is amazing. The pool was a huge hit with the kids. The restaurant was also great to have attached to the hotel, great food as always Tony Romas!!
The rooms on the 2nd floor all had a definite smoking smell despite the sign that said they were a non-smoking room. Another minor issue was there were no USB ports for charging - I always come prepared but I know a lot of people don’t so maybe something to consider.
Overall our stay was great and would definitely come back again as per the kids request 😉.

这里是举办会议和活动的绝佳场所。地方很干净。Tony Roma's 的早餐自助餐上菜有点晚，但总的来说是一次很棒的体验。
我们只住了一晚，但这家酒店有一些很棒的设施，比如游泳池，而且还附带一家Tony Roma's餐厅，味道一如既往地好。
我们来这家酒店就是为了在酒店泳池玩，度过一个愉快的宅度假！
总的来说还是满意的，不过泳池没有SPA，水温也只是温温的。而且很不巧，我们入住的时候正好碰上儿童曲棍球队来集训，所以无论是在泳池、酒店走廊还是房间里都非常吵闹，让人有点心烦。
天气非常冷，酒店一楼的餐厅很棒，食物美味，晚餐吃得非常满意！
我非常喜欢这里的人们，他们总是那么友善和乐于助人。酒店的安保措施做得很好，保安人员也一直在岗。早餐很棒！我注意到亚的斯亚贝巴的其他酒店，明明说包含早餐，早上却根本没有，但这家酒店完全不是这样。他们的待客之道非常出色。不要听别人怎么说，自己来体验一下，你一定会爱上这里。感谢所有的工作人员，我真的很感激你们的善意！
一家人自驾游。起床和入住房间都快捷高效。我姐姐、侄子和妈妈晚上去泳池游泳，玩得很开心。我们的家庭套房空间很大。
