Got a room late at night got some sleep, and when I woke up this morning, noticed that there was still empty alcohol bottles from the previous tenant. The shower was disgusting and the pillows on the other bed were dirty on the opposite side.

The hotel was in a good location, nice rooms. Was a last minute booking and I liked the hotel it was really nice but we stayed when there was a hockey team staying the night and they were loud pretty late at night. Understandable but aftet a long day of driving and a early morning for us the next day the yelling from the pool area and running down the hallway is a tad much. Would stay again but

Room was clean and hotel was quiet. One suggestion would be to upgrade the blind to true black out blinds as they don't stop much light from coming in.

Room was clean and tidy, bed was comfortable, pillows fantastic! We were in the second floor and we had some young kids running up and down the hallway but they settled down around 10. The room above us had someone running back and forth til around midnight. Must have been a hockey tournament weekend. Other than that it was good!

Great front desk help!
Donna at the front desk was amazing!! She was so accommodating after she heard about our nightmare with the other hotel. Got us in and took care of us.
The only down side was sports teams that were not following the 10 pm quiet time rule. However, the hotel can only do so much when parents leave their children unattended.
