Great front desk help!
Donna at the front desk was amazing!! She was so accommodating after she heard about our nightmare with the other hotel. Got us in and took care of us.
The only down side was sports teams that were not following the 10 pm quiet time rule. However, the hotel can only do so much when parents leave their children unattended.

Definitely not a 3-star hotel. All the chairs in our room were covered in stains...disgusting. We had to get them changed. The staff person on duty was very helpful, but the property shouldn't be in such gross condition.

Chairs in the suite need upgrading... You sink to the floor when you sit on them.. Suite was small with a king size bed... No place to put your suitcase to open it up... Loved the walk in shower...

With the amount I paid the property was not worth it. I thought i had booked for a suite but was provided a standard room??

The bathroom floor was sunken and uneven. There are no modem charging stations for phones, lap tops, iPads

It’s great having restaurant but we got there after it closed and we had an early start, so, we didn’t get to check out restaurant.
