Did not know the hotel was under construction when we booked the trip. Overall it was okay and quiet and seemed fairly deserted. However, we were woken up by VERY loud hammering at 8 am....on a Saturday.

Room and staff were great, there was no hot water for a shower in the morning, but overall the stay was fine.

Hotel was under renovation so a little chaotic. Will be much nicer when that is complete.
Dinner was excellent. Surprisingly good for a small restaurant.

We were disappointed in the condition of the room and food service - the food was great-service was inadequate-forgot many side items and we had to make several trips back to the bar area to retrieve them. The coffee in the room was great however I did bring my own creamer and sweetner.
The side door to the hotel did not work; the shower took 20 minutes to "warm" up - not even getting hot enough to have a comfortable shower. I did inform the front desk about the shower taking 20 minutes to warm up prior to leaving so that the next person could possibly get a comfortable experience.
We have stayed at many Hilton Garden Inns and normally have wonderful experiences. We just stayed at the one in Larimie, WY and had a beautiful time. I am hoping this was an outlier in our Hilton Garden Inn experiences.

We needed a pet free option as I am deathly allergic to pet dander. The had no pet free options and I'm still waiting to see if I get my money back.

孩子们对游泳超级兴奋。结果跳进去大概3秒钟后就上来了！水太冰了！话说回来，床硬得离谱。盖的毯子很薄，但也没关系，因为空调老是关掉。我们都没睡好。
不管怎样，我9岁的孩子竟然说他宁愿睡在车里让我们继续开，也不想睡那儿。他就是这么不舒服…🤷♀️
