We needed a pet free option as I am deathly allergic to pet dander. The had no pet free options and I'm still waiting to see if I get my money back.

Topeka Stay
No problems with this stay. It was close to good restaurants. If you haven’t been to a Culver’s … go to there. Hot pretzel bites with beer cheese is nice, great burgers, cheese curds also good.
I was there to visit people, but this was a nice bit of comfort.
Oh! Also head out to the small municipal airport to their morning buffet. That was a good breakfast!
Yes, the only photo of the hotel was the cherry blossom mural. The rest were from the muni airport restaurant.

Very helpful friendly service at the front desk. Hotel was very clean and decorated wonderfully. The breakfast the next morning was very good.

There seemed to be an issue with reservations and rooms reserved were not available. We weren’t the only ones apparently. Ours was a queen room (2 beds needed as there were three of us). Not available when we arrived. Front desk clerk seemed flustered (that’s how we found out there were others). We were upgraded at no charge to a king room but this meant our daughter had no bed. We were told a rollaway would be taken up (if they could find them…what???). We left for a few hours. Reminded the front clerk again when we came back about the rollaway and we were told it would be upstairs (it wasn’t). Waited an hour. Husband went downstairs to ask again (11pm by this time). He ran into a maintenance guy who took care of the bed in about 10 minutes.
I know technical issues happen so am not upset. Was just a bit annoyed. Poor clerk was obviously new or overly flustered. Otherwise, bed was comfortable, AC perfect. Shampoo was empty in the shower.

This property seemed too new to have its kinks worked out. Bathroom door would not stay open, there was no hot water in the evening, and the ice machine room could not be accessed with our room key.

My spouse thought the mattress wasn’t firm enough.

If you enjoy paying for each piece of toilet paper, grain of coffee, and drip of shampoo, enjoy of you stay.
服务很好。酒店品质不错。早餐非常棒。房间和床都挺大的。
孩子们对游泳超级兴奋。结果跳进去大概3秒钟后就上来了！水太冰了！话说回来，床硬得离谱。盖的毯子很薄，但也没关系，因为空调老是关掉。我们都没睡好。
不管怎样，我9岁的孩子竟然说他宁愿睡在车里让我们继续开，也不想睡那儿。他就是这么不舒服…🤷♀️
