酒店员工态度粗鲁，对顾客漠不关心。我们在酒店住了一晚，前台竟然不知道早餐时间，房间里也没有任何提示。早上9点我们下楼吃早餐，前台却说：“早餐时间结束了，真抱歉。” 因为酒店当时空无一人，我们要求延迟退房，他们只给了我们30分钟。
不过，房间和地理位置都非常棒。
所以请注意，早餐时间是早上6点到9点，而且不要指望前台能帮上什么忙。
非常干净，早餐美味，员工非常友好，厨房设施齐全，超级方便。一个街区外就有Target超市，可以买杂货或其他任何你需要的东西。Galleria购物中心就在两个街区外。地理位置优越。
