The Hotel cum Banquet is situated within about a Kilometre of Maa Vindhyavasini Main Temple. Its rooms are well ventilated and sunlight comes to all rooms. Restaurant is well decorated. Food is nice. Services are good.

Retreat का रेस्टोरेंट और रूम सर्विस बहुत विचित्र है, उनके टॉप फ्लोर पर रेस्टोरेंट है जिसे शायद उन्होंने किसी और को रेंट आउट कर दिया है। मैंने फैमिली फंक्शन के लिए 11 कमरे बुक किए थे इसलिए मैं चाहता था कि नाश्ते खाने और रूम सर्विस का बिल एक साथ जोड़कर लिया जाय, लेकिन चाहे 1 कप चाय लें या एक बॉटल पानी वो लोग तुरंत बिल लेके पीछे दौड़ने लगते थे। मेरे ये भी बोलने पर कि मुझसे एडवांस ले लो लेकिन वो टस से मस नही हुए । ये बहुत इरिटेटिंग एक्सपीरियंस था ।

Service is very bad i have order morning milk tea around 9am but the restaurant reply milk is over now and i will not accept order

Hotel staff and management were non cooperative right from checkin and rude. We wanted partial cancellation but it was not done. We left the hotel after 1 day, although we had booked for 2 days, thereby we lost the room rent of 1 day even after vigorously following up with mmt as well with hotel management. Our trip was spoiled, and we returned back with haunting memories. Thanks team makemytrip for spoiling our money and wasting our trip of a senior citizen.

Family trip for couple of days. This hotel is around 2 kms away from the temple. Rooms are spacious and clean. They have restaurant which provides good food options (slightly costly for the location.
酒店距离 Vindhyadham 寺有 1-2 公里。酒店的厕所很脏。当我们要求清洁时，我们被告知当时无法提供清洁服务。根据要求，经理提出换房间，但另一个厕所也是一样。浴室里没有刷子、牙膏、洗手液、肥皂、急救包、浴室拖鞋等。毯子放在房间的柜子里。我预订的是每间房三人入住。不提供加床。以床的名义，给出了两个坑，这些坑将被放置在地面上。 赠送了两瓶饮用水，每瓶 1 升收费 50 卢比。停车位很好。前面有一大片草坪。食物的价格高得离谱。房间里的水壶、一些灯和其他小东西不是坏了就是损坏了。酒店的座机没有接通服务台。我每次都要用您给的手机号码打电话通话。我在房间里听不到拨号音。经理有点粗鲁。司机住的房间里有很多蚊子。总体来说，酒店不错。维护工作简直是一团糟。服务非常糟糕。与服务相比，费用太高了。
