The staff in both the lobby and breakfast area were very nice and helpful. The hotel was in a great location for what I was there for. However, the bathroom was disgusting and the housekeeping staff did nothing to mitigate the problem. The shower/tub was so thick with soap scum it felt like a skating rink. After telling them of the issue, I was told to use towels in the shower. The next shower I took, both feet slipped out from under me and I badly bruised and cut my heal. I had to clean the drain out myself to which I found small pieces of plastic bags, hair and pieces of soap. I tried to clean the tub as well, but without cleanser, I didn't make a dent in the soap scum. I was there two weeks. There were three days that my room was not even touched and during my entire stay, they did not replace the plastic bag in the ice bucket.
While the hotel itself was nice, I would not return. Additionally, I found out that the neighboring Homewood Suites and the Springhill Suites share a common owner. So, it's safe to assume that that hotel is run the same way. So, I wouldn't recommend that hotel either.

Room was in good condition at arrival. However, after the first night, the used towels were removed and no replacements given.
Thought it was just a glitch and would be resolved the next day.
Same thing happened. Towels removed, but at least I was left with one towel.
酒店不错，早餐也还可以，前台小姐姐服务特别好。
我们飞机晚点再加租车不顺利，非常晚才到达酒店（凌晨1-2点），酒店居然偷偷把我的双床房给了其他人！只给了我一个queen size单床房，还说其他房间全满了，可是我明明已经付了双床房的钱！并且给我们的那个房间霉味非常大，我跟他们argue了好久，他们最后又不知道从哪给我“找到”一个双床，满嘴谎话的前台，猫腻过多！楼非常老旧，google评分不知道怎么刷到这么高的，避雷！
气味、便利设施和服务有待改进。
他们不提供免费洗漱用品、拖鞋和水，这些都需要自己准备。
我不喜欢床上用品和枕头，尤其是他们没有好的防寒被子。
房间很漂亮也很干净。我觉得这家酒店性价比很高。
非常干净，服务一流。
