The air conditioning in the room was so loud we had to have it turned off. Not ideal Also had to ask for housekeeping on the 3rd day as this was not done, Very disappointed we were never asked if we were satisfied after the problem with the air con.
On a plus your general manager on the weekend was brilliant and provided excellent customer service

Senior Escape Vscay
At check in we’d used 3rd party booking (because we had a $300 voucher). The desk rep commented “oh, you used 3rd party booking, that’s the glitch.” I had my Bonvoy membership #. It felt deragatory. Everytime we left in evenings to eat (or return) she was not at desk, or never looked up.) kind of felt looked down upon.
Blondish middle age Hispanic woman fabulous. Breakfast tater tots potatoes hard all 3 days, stale. No cranberry juice anymore? Ice water no longer fruit infused? Meat - sausage, sausage vegetables and turkey… no bacon any of our 3 days.
The staff in breakfast were good. As mentioned, one was fss as fabulous.
