Common areas of hotel were clean. Fitness center was clean but displays didn’t work on the treadmills. Pool was nice but a lot of ants. we had a 2 bedroom suite which smelled like damp mildew. there was food in the dishwasher and hair and mold in the shower. carpet is filthy and turns your socks black. maybe it was just our room because we booked through 3rd party. also they charge 5 per day per car for parking and i don’t think this was listed at the time i booked. the 2 bedroom/bathroom setup is perfect for sharing but the cleanliness wasn’t there for this room.

The suite was spacious and the bed was super comfy. Also, the staff was friendly and helpful. Loved the chocolate chip cookies and sangria at check-in!

The meats served both days for breakfast were awful, tasted like burnt rubber. The original room we were placed in smelled of feces emitting from the drain in the bathroom, smelling the whole suite. The gurgling from the plumbing kept us up all night and in the morning, we requested to switch rooms.

Clean place, staff is okkk nothing over the top friendly but nice . Breakfast is a set up nicely. Rooms are nice but they could have a little bit of TLC and remodeling. Overall is a good spot for a few nights. Location is good and there’s a Publix right across the street that you can literally walk to.

Location is a little out of the way, however it is adjacent to what appears to be wetlands to the back so noise is at a minimum and nice view if facing west. Conveniently located next to a shopping center with a Publix supermarket, liquor store, and bar/restaurant. Ft Myers beach is a 15 min drive or less. There is a small parking fee at a low at $5, but seems like a way to get a little extra money out of you, but breakfast is also included so a guess… makes up for it.
Bigger rooms than I expected. Used to staying in small hotel rooms so was a nice change to have some room to move about and a decent kitchen area. Only stayed for 1 night but would be good for long term stays. Very reasonably priced. Would stay again.

Parking is not free, which surprised me due to the big parking space available. The A/C in our suite marked 67, but it was not cold enough. The staff is very attentive and the areas and the room are clean.
