Has gone downhill some.
The room was not cleaned very well. I was going to use the tray the coffee amenities sit on as a table tray but there was dried spilled coffee underneath it and as I was moving it i found an empty white claw surge/alcohol can behind it. The room was dusty and the floors had some dirt on them. There were also a few hairs in the shower on the wall. There were tiny ants in the bathroom. The beds appeared to be clean as were the bathroom linens. We have stayed there a couple times over the last few years and the room cleanliness has gone downhill. The breakfast was a nice touch. Though some of it seemed very processed there was a nice variety. The front desk service was great. This will probably be our last stay here as the housekeeping seems to have gone downhill especially for what we paid for 2 nights.

An inch long roach with wings almost fell on me when I left the restroom but only seeing one bug in a florida hotel is probably bot so bad. The breakfast was nice

Friendly, clean, accessible to different parts of Lakeland, near good restaurants, covered pool so even if it rains you’re still able to enjoy the water, next to I4 to go to Tampa or Orlando.
