I recently stayed at the Fairfield Inn and overall the experience was okay, but it didn’t reflect the usual Marriott standards I’m used to. The hotel feels quite old, and the hallways have an “old building” smell that seems to be masked with strong perfume or aroma sprays. The elevator also didn’t seem to work properly at times.
The room itself was fine, but very small, and the bathroom and overall interior were just “okay.” Definitely feels more like a basic 2–3-star property rather than a typical Marriott experience. The place could really benefit from better maintenance, updated ambience, and improved elevation/overall appearance.
On the positive side, the staff were very friendly and the breakfast was good.
Not a bad stay, but definitely room for improvement. I doubt I stay again unless I trapped into low price

Room was clean and spacious. Staff were super nice and helpful. Great breakfast selections, I especially loved the topping bar for the oatmeal. Easy location, plenty of parking. Very happy with our stay.
