酒店回复: Hello Christine,Im very sorry to hear about your recent stay, we had a sprinkler leak that caused some issues on the 3rd floor, I apologize for the disturbance , we should have offered to move you rooms. I will also make sure I talk to my engineering staff to get the sidewalks

酒店离机场很近，周围也有很多餐厅和加油站。房间干净又安静。
比较简陋，早餐内容少
设施太久了
酒店正在施工，所以我们不能使用电梯。所以尽管我们更喜欢不同的楼层，但我们还是接受了一楼的房间。我们午夜后到达，不得不收拾床上用品，为折叠沙发铺床。我们一行有 4 名成人，所以所有床都用了。
我们的房间里没有肥皂。酒店非常陈旧，但正在建设中。工作人员不是很友好或热情。浴室里没有洗手液，但幸运的是我为我们的旅行带了一些。错过了一班航班，所以不得不住一晚。班车服务很棒！在机场没有等太久，安排第二天的行程很容易。班车司机是所有员工中最友好的。
施工期间应为酒店客人提供折扣。三楼一片混乱，施工噪音一直持续到晚上 7 点
停车场不安全，雪没有像其他酒店一样铲干净。您的酒店很幸运有出色的员工，因为那一晚不值得我们花那么多钱。
这家酒店可能是我们这次旅行住过的 3 家酒店中早餐选择最好的。他们正在进行一些装修，但这并没有真正影响我们的住宿。泳池区看起来不错，而且靠近机场，没有飞机噪音。
我们到达时，房间里有烟味。工作人员很友好，很乐意给我们安排了走廊另一边的另一个房间（我们行李很多，所以这样方便多了！）

工作人员的友好态度和乐于提出建议让我感到惊喜。我们的 Netflix 无法使用，工程师晚上 9 点就赶来解决问题。很喜欢班车，因为经过一天漫长的通勤后不用安排 Uber 真是太好了。
