We arrived late evening but were greeted immediately by very friendly staff. Our room was clean with very comfortable beds and pillows. A different but equally friendly staff member greeted us as we returned from a concert and late dinner. Checkout was easy with a third friendly staff member.

Everything was great besides the fact that the pool had way too much chlorine to where it burned your eyes even just being in the room. We had a hard time getting pool towels as well. Otherwise, breakfast was great, it smelled and looked clean inside & out. Conveniently located near lots of attractions.

Rooms were very dark and floor carpets were dirty. Bath towels had stains on it . Sofa bed mattress felt like 0 mm width mattress. My daughter got bug bites by sleeping on sofa bed mattress. Not sure . Had to cut my reservation

The room smelled very moldy and there was a bed bug on my pillow. We checked the rest of the bed and could only find that one. I smashed the bug and left it on the bathroom sink. After house keeping came by the bug was on the floor. We were shorted towels and they didnt take the trash out

I always like staying at Holiday Inn's. The only complaint during this stay was the parking lot is extremely small.

The hotel and staff were great only thing I have to complain about is our trash not being taken out of our rooms everyday.
