我预订了 3 间标明有大床的房间，但实际上只有一张标准双人床，而且所有 3 间房间都散发着肮脏的气味，像烟味一样，而且“沙发床”很难摆成“床”的位置，当我们摆放时，它就像一块平板一样硬。我对这家酒店是万豪 Towns Suite 酒店感到非常失望

Staff were great , construction crews were messy( trails of trash from elevator down the hallways ,and working too late for me. Construction crews held up elevators for 15 plus minutes at a time Heard drill motors installing stuff up to 830 pm . And figuring out the entrance to the property was challenging

When I booked 2 suits I was not told that they was under construction. The couch in the suits was really uncomfortable, all the doors was dirty. Their breckfast has no consideration for people that doesn't eat breakfast.parking was a nightmare!!! Other them that it .

Excellent Service and Perfect Place to Stay
The 1 bedroom and Studio suites are very clean and spacious. The breakfast was fresh and hot! And the staff was the nicest I have encountered in a LONG time. The staff gets 5 stars!

Stay was almost perfect
Room was nice and James was kind and attentive. My only minor complaint was the pull-out couch was uncomfortable. Maybe I didn't set it up right.
