The room was great. Quiet and dark is a big plus for me. We showed up late at night coming home from a football game and they just checked us in and let us go to our room without it taking a long time as we just wanted to go to bed.

The room was nice it had complementary coffee and teas in the room even a microwave and mini fridge and the bathroom was nice they have a set of shampoo, conditioner, and body wash just in case you need it. And free Breakfast was good yummy.

Clean room, great cleaning staff, nice beds and bedding, comfy rooms. But, rooms have vinyl plank flooring and NO carpeting at all, which makes it a little less cozy.

我不知道这家酒店是不是周末生意不好，还是一直都这样，总之这次入住体验非常令人失望。酒店的无线网络用不了，所以我下楼去问，酒店工作人员告诉我整栋楼的无线网络都断了，这倒也没什么大不了的。前台的女士给了我一张纸，上面列着一些可以帮我排查无线网络故障的电话号码（我干嘛要自己排查酒店的无线网络故障？哈哈）。电梯也急需维修，速度慢得要命，门关上也慢得要死。我们的房间闻起来像是没打扫干净。浴室没彻底打扫，毛巾闻起来也不干净。我们住了三晚，他们只来打扫过一次房间。我还注意到二楼有一半的房间也没打扫。我知道难免会出点小状况，但是工作人员完全没有主动通知客人。我们本来想去泳池区待一会儿，但是泳池和桑拿房都很脏，最后只能在阳光下晒太阳。总的来说，我对这次入住的体验和价格完全不成正比，非常失望。
酒店正在施工，员工一脸茫然。我问能否延迟退房，他们说不行。我打电话给万豪酒店，他们告诉我因为我是万豪银卡会员，如果酒店有空房可以延迟退房。早餐糟透了。我得穿过停车场去吃早餐，当时已经很晚了，然后我又得回到酒店，那时已经很晚了。
前台接待员缺乏专业精神。
