While the staff was friendly and respectful, the hospital room left a lot to be desired. The room was clean but in disrepair. The ceramic tiles in the bathroom were loose due to the grout being broken and missing in places. The breakfast that you expect from a hie was not even close. The regular breakfast items were not available and had not been there for some time and they were unable to get any. I could go on and on. The people there were bright enough we were not unpleasef.

Check in was great. The clerk was very friendly. Breakfast was average. No cinnamon rolls which is a favorite of ours.

My flight was cancelled and I needed to cancel the room, however the hotel would not refund my money because of their policy. It was beyond my control that my flight was cancelled and I had to completely change my trip. I even purchased the insurance and that was useless

Deceptively Disgusting
The door to our room wouldn't fully close. Even with all the locks latched, there was still a big gap. The carpets were disgusting with stains everywhere, and an ice machine had flooded our hallway. Worst of all was the pool area! There was literal VOMIT in the pool, old pizza on the ground, beer cans overflowing the trash can, and even an adult toy beside the pool! So gross!!
