I don’t usually leave reviews and we visit this location quite a bit and stay at another hotel but thought I would try Hampton Inn out,Sherri at front desk was awesome, she changed our room after I told her about not sleeping well at all in the bed that we had the first night, she was the one who also prepared the breakfast that morning, which my husband said was one of the best breakfast he had had in the places we had stayed in.Thank you again Sherri

Super nice and efficient desk clerk. Quiet hotel and it worked for us. Maid service could have improved, we left for the by 11 ish and guess they do not pop back. Would have been good to get fresh towels. Front desk in the late evening came thru for us. Thank you

Room was adequate. Very quiet. Breakfast was very good. Looks like the shower had leak at some point. Repairs looked pretty bad. Plenty of towels.

The staff was amazing. The hotel is an older one thats been updated. The bathrooms don't have exhaust fans, so when you shower the humidity stays. There was an unauthorized charge that kept showing up on my card. Multiple employees tried to fix it, over the course of 3 days. Finally i had to file a dispute with my bank to get it resolved.

Lost sleep
The hotel was great, only problem was got woke up at 3:00 to 3:45am by women screaming and shouting at someone.

酒店试图翻修这栋老旧的建筑，但效果不尽如人意。大堂和早餐区还不错，但走廊和电梯很脏，我们的房间则是好坏参半。床很舒服，枕头很好，毛巾也是新的，但墙壁需要重新粉刷，角落里很久没打扫了。员工很乐于助人，但工作量太大……前台的服务员都得去隔壁用皮搋子通马桶。客房服务人员非常友好，每个人都祝我们“旅途平安”。早餐还可以。
