I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel to be honest. Often discounted rates and properties in the Tucson area can be really awful, neglected and somewhat sketchy. This hotel is very clean, the room spotless and the bed extremely comfortable and the front desk staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly.
I would share that the hotel could definitely use some repair work and replacement of dated and worn out carpeting as well as fixtures and the elevator is a bit clunky. All in all we will certainly book with this property again in the future.

Hair in the sheets
Everything was fine except that I found hair on the sheets when I lifted the bed cover. We had to sleep over the bed covers. It was unpleasant.

We do a lot of income vacation days this was our first time at this hotel it was amazing food was good staff was outstanding

The room and facility was nice and clean. Bed very comfy and dove soap/shampoo product. The breakfast was great 1st morning but 2nd morning girl was horrible keeping food stocked for guests. Some food ran out by 8:30am.

床垫非常舒服，枕头被套都很舒服。酒店环境很好，我带了service dog 就在酒店内部就能走动溜娃。地理位置也特别好，附近很多超市，一切都很方便，并且居高临下可以眺望墨西哥。
酒店位置不错，周边有大型的超市和餐厅。早餐可以，就房间的设施老旧，地毯明显脏，床品上也可见一些小有污渍。
我在这里住得不太愉快。我的付款出了点问题，工作人员非常不方便，而且对我很不礼貌。问题到现在还没解决，而且自从我遇到那件事之后，我不建议再住在这里了。
