酒店回复: While we appreciate any guest taking the time to leave feedback on their experience, we take strong issue with any member of our team being singled out by their ethnicity, especially when being referred to within a negative context. We understand that individuals might take subjective issue with an accessible room however please note that you were provided a room within the category that you had reserved. A feature of many a hotel in Edinburgh like us is that because we are built on a hill our reception is technically a floor elevated from the back of the building, meaning that some of our rooms are a lower level than reception but not underground, not basement and none facing the street, however regardless of the nature of any complaint none would warrant referring to a member of staff by the colour of their skin and we do hope you take this into consideration when interacting with hospitality workers in the future. 酒店回复: Hello, we are sorry you had a negative experience. Parking options are available nearby, but a spot needs to be booked in advance. To maintain our guests privacy we only service the rooms once a week for the long-term stays. However, we do have towels, coffee pods and other amenities at the reception, which is always open. Breakfasts consists of pastries, yogurt, cereal, muffins, fruits, oats, coffee, tea, etc. Sorry this did not meet your expectations. We value your comments as we try to improve our service. 酒店地址离中心区域步行十分钟,不远也不近。房间相对英国酒店来说算宽敞,公寓酒店设施齐全,干净卫生,环境比较安静,隔音效果也好。厕所是暗厕稍有一点味道。房间窗户可以打开一点点通风。
酒店有微波炉有餐具有刀具有冰箱,还有胶囊咖啡机,房间很大,附近有机场大巴100可以到达酒店附近,可现金6英镑,离景区1.5KM,步行可过去,房间比较大,收拾的也很干净,在便利店买食物可以回来加热,很难得,还有个大冰箱放饮料。
这是我住过的最差的酒店,没有之一。
6500元3晚,入住的时候,前台黑姑娘说满房了,给了我们地下室的房间,说第二天给换楼层。第二天早上9点,我们把行李和房卡拿到前台,要求换房间,等到傍晚回到酒店,还是没有换,又是这个黑姑娘说,今天又是满房。nngx!然后答应第三晚换。我说,第三晚都要走了,还换个p呀!
住了三晚地下室,不透气,没有光线,没人打扫,连一瓶水都没有。
一套房里俩个房间,其中一间客房旁边是酒吧操作间之类的,隔音效果极差,拉椅子,开水龙头的声音极其清楚,而且晚上经常到1、2点钟,早上5点多又开始有动静,无法休息好
这家酒店十点后前台就没人啦要自助开门了,但是有个非常大的硬伤不建议国人入住,就是他们现在暑假UK白昼很长,晚上十点天才黑,早上三点就亮了,他们房间居然没有遮光帘!!!非常影响睡眠质量!!!反映了前台说没办法解决,只能用浴巾自己diy放下窗帘上勉强遮住一点光,感觉公寓服务真的和酒店服务差距挺大的,但是房间内设施还可以,有电磁炉、餐具、洗碗机、洗衣机。另外抽纸没有,幸亏自己带了,只提供了卷纸。入住三天,不提供每日的打扫服务,如要打扫需要付费,扔垃圾放在门口,就是自助下。
是两个房间里其中一个房间没有遮光帘,估计是这些公寓这个带厨房地方原来是客厅,所以没有遮光帘,但是改公寓酒店了当房间里要做好遮光帘的。
到的第一晚大哥说没房了,似乎是说没打扫干净,态度还不错一直在联系找别的酒店,本来是隔壁的yotel但是也没房了,然后联系到了附近一个路口的Eden Locke,就是给了个地下室有点拉低档次,感觉要选的话可能还是有风险
非常差劲的入住体验。酒店位置在当地交通严管地区,自驾车酒店门口放行李,被罚款86.35磅,如果不想罚款,往前开300米停车走过来。
全球这么多国家走来,第一次听说连续入住打扫卫生要收费的,35磅一次。
酒店早餐就放几个凉透的面包,就说是早餐。
公寓酒店没有炉灶。
谁住谁**
这间公寓位置极佳,步行5分钟即可到达王子街,再往山上走一点就能到城堡。我们住的是一居室公寓,有额外的空间真是太棒了。不幸的是,我们住在地下室,没有自然光,所以不得不一直开着灯。由于建筑年代久远,加上我们住在一楼,水泵有点不太可靠,有一次甚至因为排水不畅差点把浴室淹了。凌晨3点我们被水泵吵醒,它每34秒响一次,持续了一个多小时(我们都计时了)。有一个大冰箱和微波炉很方便,如果住得久一点的话,还可以用洗衣机和烘干机。总的来说,我们还会再来,但前提是能住到地面以上的楼层。
挺满意的,酒店大门小小的,但房间还挺大的,还有厨房的一些物件可以简单弄点吃的,就是有一个房间的门不能固定敞开,需要找东西卡住才行,希望改进,我们定的是双床,进去是有两个房间分开的,睡觉比较互不打扰,可以睡四个人其实,就是停车需要去公共停车场,在城堡下面,稍微要走十几分钟
临时预定的住宿,酒店非常新设备也很齐全距离景点稍微有点远。酒店也配有停车位(35镑/Day)不过要提早预订,由于我们临时预定酒店停车位已经满了最后酒店提供我们另一个停车场告知我们把车停在那边距离酒店步行大约15分钟一天费用是20镑结果最后付款时是36镑/天😭
