Washroom is not clean and very bad smell and room is ok as per pic but there is no others such as intercom ac and tv remote and room service is very poor and food quality is bad where as location is ok for all

The place was really good a few years ago, but is starting to look run down and has a pest/cockroach infestation. Also, the rooms smell musty, toilet seat is stained. Food was by and large tasty but had the misfortune of walking into the kitchen at one point, it is dirty and rat infested. Overall would not want to stay there again.

Restaurant service is very reluctant even they did not cover food when serve
sometime not serve basic requirements with food even with a no of times request the process is same

Not happy with the hotel royal. Lot a of things happen. Like bedsheet not clean
pillow is broken and quality is very bad
tata sky not recharge even there is a issue with recharge
bad smell from room after i complaint then only they giving perfume
in washroom also inadequate manner toiletries given
tea cattle not clean
curtains are broken. Even iron is not clean and i unable to press my white shirt.

Nice place, good food. Supportive staff. Rooms were spacious and clean washrooms. They have a nice cute bar too.

Insects, lack of hygiene, filthy upholstery, dirty washroom and toilet. Wanted to exit just after check in
