景色宜人，餐食方便，设施齐全。 这次入住体验超预期！房间一尘不染，角落都没有灰尘，热水充足且水温稳定。床和枕头软硬适中，隔音效果很好，在市中心也能睡得安稳。工作人员态度亲切，有需求响应很快，卫生和舒适度完全在线，强烈推荐给出行的朋友！
展会期间住了三晚，由于房价飙升，性价比不高。位置离展馆打车大约15分钟。晚上抵达时，发现作为一家四星级酒店，竟然不提供免费饮用水，自动贩卖机的饮料也卖得很贵。酒店周边只有写字楼和其他酒店，需要过桥才能找到餐厅、咖啡馆和超市。
酒店比较商务，位置还可以在杜塞尔的华为欧洲总部旁边。
设施简单，服务只能及格吧。
早餐每天都一样，不算优秀不过也还可以

住宿还冷算干净，早餐一般过得去
重点来了，结账的时候，让我支付18欧元，我问什么费用说我消费了两瓶minibar的饮料，我从没有打开过冰箱。我告诉前台我没有消费，我是喝了一瓶可乐，不过是我外边商店买的，你可以找客房服务员确认。他就说，好吧，那支付9欧元的城市税
我们第二个房间结账，竟然说完支付一千多欧元的房费，费用我携程早就支付了。我告诉他我们已经支付过了，他让他们一个后台确认，过了几分钟说是付过了。然后前台说都付了，还给了两个巧克力说，祝你们今天幸运。也没有要city tax
太随意，系统差，在收费上一定注意
并且早餐餐厅有小偷，有人丢过背包
酒店不错，交通方便，早饭丰富水果面包酸奶咖啡自助，房间有床有桌子非常干净，公交交通方便，附近有中餐馆和超市
房间很大，有阳台，莱茵河景色一览无余
离杜塞尔多夫国王大道开车15分钟以内
距离华为，沃达丰等公司距离2公里
酒店地理位置优越，员工也很友好。这次商务出行住得很愉快，也很方便。希望下次出差还能住这家酒店。推荐。房间干净整洁。
房间非常大，早餐也很丰盛。但附近没有餐厅，这是唯一不足。
顶楼酒吧很棒，非常推荐。不过价格也不便宜。
参加MEDICA，离展馆很近，环境好，房间好，德国早餐一言难尽，基本没用到啥啥服务，电梯很慢。餐厅服务人员有着德国人的冷漠和效率。
