Very disappointed, booked months in advance for the Oasis concert, travelling down from Manchester. Booking was cancelled at 5pm the day before arrival apparently due to overbooking, more likely a booking taken at a higher value. Disgusting service.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen area were spotless, and the hosts were welcoming and quick to help. When we messaged about an issue with the blind, they responded promptly and came to fix it right away.
The train station was a 10 minute walk away and a 20 minute train journey into the centre of London.

The room was quiet and clean, which made it very comfortable. For a price under £60, it’s an excellent value. I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking for affordable and quality accommodation.

入住手续不清楚。我们到达后按了门铃，但无人接听，也没有我们预订的网站上提供的手机号码。不过，我们联系了房东后，他们很快就帮我们解决了问题。房间很棒，打扫房间的那位友善的女士也非常乐于助人。酒店内有停车位，非常棒。
7号房间舒适，但存在一些问题
房间虽小，但实用又干净。一切都很舒适。7号房间需要注意。房间入口是公共厨房，隔音效果不好。对我来说，最大的问题是窗户密封性不好，而且吸烟区就在外面，所以烟味和吸烟噪音令人很失望。如果他们能修好窗户，防止烟味进入，并且提高窗户和门的隔音效果，那就完美了。就我目前的情况来看，其他房间应该没问题。如果能确保住不同的房间，我还会再次入住。
首先，我到达时，在入住时间无法进入该物业。门铃坏了，但没有相关标志。清单上也没有电话号码。在我终于开始敲门后，一位清洁工让我进去了。整个入住期间没有前台或明显的工作人员。
我的妻子甚至打电话给*******试图联系某人，但他们甚至找不到电话号码！
其次，我一进门，周围没有人提供信息或回答问题。房间里没有冰箱，厨房里只有一个大冰箱。我不确定我放进去的食物第二天会不会在里面。
房间很热，很难入睡，没有温度控制。
交通噪音也让我难以入睡。浴室的灯在你打开门时是自动打开的，这在晚上是个问题，因为没有关闭开关。
第一天早上，根本没有早餐。我翻遍了！接下来的几天，早餐都是碳水化合物含量很高的，除了一些酸奶外没有蛋白质。没有鸡蛋，也没有人询问。而且不清楚在哪里坐下吃饭——没有桌子，只有柜台区域。
总而言之，住宿体验不是很好，主要是因为缺乏沟通，也没有工作人员来满足任何要求。
这个地方一尘不染，非常友好，提供各种帮助。一定会再次入住，并推荐……
