The beds were comfortable and the aircon effective (when there was electricity) but that is where the positives end. We experienced 2 power and water outages - 1 for 7 hours and 1 we woke up to no power or water (on the day we were leaving so were very lucky we had charge on our phones to wake us up in time to check out early). Though this was not the hotel’s fault (the area had lost power and water) the hotel staff were unsympathetic and did not provide water until we demanded it and were unable to provide hand sanitiser. This is a family run hotel so expect to find toy cars at the bottom of the stairs case and cots dotted along the hallways. The access to the beach is good but the sun loungers are expensive (beach front was 1500 LEK and second row 1000 LEK). There is a lot of hospitality training needed, with a stock of water and hand sanitiser needed for back up. Bring your power bank if you need plan on staying.

I was basically robbed at this hotel. Stayed for one night and decided to have lunch at the hotel's restaurant. The worst decision of my life. The guy who is supposed to be the manager, came to us and informed the did not have a menu, but were serving food as normal. We were offered and option of pasta or fish. We went for the grilled fish....and my mistake was not asking for the price. Since we've been in Albania for 4 days already and we had tried all the most well reviewed restaurants in Sarande, we imagined that the price of a grilled fish would no be different from all the other. Something around 900 leke to 1900 leke for a 1kg grilled seabass. But at this hotel, they charged us 6000leke (60 euros) for a single Seabass split in half. ONE SEABASS SPLIT IN TWO FOR ME AND MY WIFE, 60 EUROS. A TOTAL OF 98 EUROS FOR THE FISH, 2 BEERS AND A SMALL BOTTLE OF WINE. When I questioned the manager, he said it was the price for a "special" seabass. I had to pay since I did not ask for the price beforehand, but I just wanted everyone to know and be aware of that kind of scam. Apart from that, the hotel seemed to be closed, all the day beds at the beach were turned off, the breakfast was not served, we had to look for someone to serve something for us and we didn't have any options. Just bread, eggs, and butter, with water.... Stay away from this thieves. I will add the picture of the receipt so you can have your conclusion.
