The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I really liked the wire basket drawers--with one glance I could see if anything had been left behind. The lobby had a nice seating area where we could wait for others in our party. The staff were exemplary--contacting us almost the moment we unlocked the room door to make sure everything was OK, and then checking back in a couple of days later. My one (minor) concern was addressed immediately.
I didn't give five stars for three reasons: the noise from a neighboring room woke us up one morning, even though it was really only normal morning preparation. The AC was loud, but not unbearably so. And I wish there had been some healthier options for breakfast. The only cereals were sugary kid cereals; the "dried fruit" for the oatmeal was sliced almonds; and it would have been nice to have some plain Greek yogurt instead of the fruity, 14-gram sugar varieties. When the milk ran out one morning, it took at least fifteen minutes for it to be replenished, despite two of us requesting more. I saw one patron try putting yogurt on his dry cereal, and we had finished eating by the time we were able to get a small cup of milk to drink.
Generally I really liked the hotel and was so bowled over by the staff (especially Jaden) that I will stay there again, but I will bring a white noise machine and some breakfast options.

There was no bathtub, which we expected. There also wasn’t an ironing board in the room.

Breakfest was underwhelming at best canadian bacon ends up being tough ham. Please use real bacon or sausage and scambled eggs the omletes are not very good or tasty. Also the clerk said alot of hampton inns are getting rid of the pools. One of the reasons i book with you is for the pool so i will probably have to stay elsewhere.

EVERYTHING'S THE WAY A HOTEL A HOTEL STAY SHOULD BE!
I have never stayed in or had a more enjoyable experience. Breakfast alone was worth the stay. Clean & Beautiful facilities. Very, very clean room. Staff was very good & ultra -friendly.
We visit the area frequently. We will be back again & again.

Good for 1 night stay on way to final destination. Check in was quick and easy. Beds were lumpy and uncomfortable. Room was next to elevator. Could hear hallway noise and guests above. Free breakfast had good variety but coffee was empty. Took a while for refills. Overall was decent for highway stop.
