The bed was so awful I tossed and turned all night and couldnt sleep dont get put in room 207 both beds are not comfy, but the staff was very friendly and nice.

Only thing I didn’t like was that I asked for a late check out and the staff came to my room a couple of times after being told I had a late check out

I loved that there was a small pond I could see from my room's window where there were geese each morning. It was a beautiful scene to wake up to each morning, even in the middle of the city.

Our room wasn’t ready for an hiur after check in. One of the elevators was broken but it wasn’t taken offline so it essentially broke the other one too. There was a dirty sock in the middle of our room

酒店回复: Hello Daniel! I apologize that your room was not ready for an early check-in. Unfortunately, the elevator issue was out of the Hotel's control. Being that it was the weekend, it was difficult for the elevator company to come out last minute. I do appreciate the feedback and hope you'll give us another chance in the future!

Elevator was broken the whole time the optional elevator was slow moving and rattled a lot. Noted that the water in the swimming pool was green not clean.

Staff was super friendly and the room was clean. The area around the hotel is quiet and many dining options. Perfect distance to the MDW airport.
