Our room wasn’t ready for an hiur after check in. One of the elevators was broken but it wasn’t taken offline so it essentially broke the other one too. There was a dirty sock in the middle of our room

酒店回复: Hello Daniel! I apologize that your room was not ready for an early check-in. Unfortunately, the elevator issue was out of the Hotel's control. Being that it was the weekend, it was difficult for the elevator company to come out last minute. I do appreciate the feedback and hope you'll give us another chance in the future!

Elevator was broken the whole time the optional elevator was slow moving and rattled a lot. Noted that the water in the swimming pool was green not clean.

Staff was super friendly and the room was clean. The area around the hotel is quiet and many dining options. Perfect distance to the MDW airport.

我很享受在汉普顿酒店 Burr Ridge 的住宿。一切都很干净、方便。我认为前台的工作人员非常棒。令人愉快、乐于助人且友好。
我唯一担心的是冬天的走廊非常冷。
