The food and the buffet spread is good. Sudipji and team at the food courtyard is very helpful and had arranged a cake for our anniversary. Nice ambiance and spacious rooms.

Balaji sarovar has always had all the necessary tricks up their sleeves to make the hospitaltiy experience exquisite ! But they impressed me even more with their chinese new year menu ! The sushi's were amazing! This is the first time i felt like i was dining in an asian restaurant in a city like mumbai/pune. The sushi's here were as good as youd get in tier 1 cities. Chef Yadav sir was extremely warm and welcoming. Over all a gold star experience! An absolute must try for everyone.

Place is well kept, rooms are not clean. The staff at the reception were very rude. The manager of Mr Ajit and Smita were very rude. All in all a very worst experience. Will definitely not recommend the place.

这家酒店的服务、热情款待、餐饮、员工和清洁程度都堪称一流。我过去两年一直入住这家酒店，巴拉吉萨罗瓦酒店从未让客人失望。他们名副其实，是索拉普尔排名第一的酒店。
我们的航班延误了，没能按时到达酒店。尽管我们第二天就到了，酒店还是拒绝退款。不过，trip.com 态度很好，为我们下次预订提供了折扣。这家酒店很旧，也很吵闹，我们很不幸地赶上了婚礼。餐厅也不太干净。酒店前台试图帮我们叫出租车或推荐索拉普尔的其他服务，结果却要价 700 卢比，而且只有 3 公里。这太离谱了。虽然他们可能只是想多赚点钱。最后，我们设法在酒店外问路人，才以 100 卢比的价格叫到了一辆出租车。对于一家如此档次的酒店来说，这样的服务简直令人无法接受。虽然这家酒店根本没有档次之分。

这是索拉普尔最好的餐厅之一……他们的氛围也很愉快……我们在父亲节的时候去了他们……那天他们有特别的菜单……但我们点了单菜……食物的味道也很好...热情好客也很好...他们给了我们免费的蛋糕，因为我们的亲戚周年纪念日在那里...那也很美味...总的来说我们有很好的经历。
