We were booked into the hotel for two nights, our room was so terrible we left after the first night. It was a last minute booking because of an issue with another booking, so I took the only room they had available for three people The room, was tucked beside reception and I suspect it was a converted store cupboard. It was hot, noisy, uncomfortable, smelt of sewage and felt unsafe. The room was directly next to an outside seating area for a cafe and the only windows opened directly on to the area. The cafe closed at midnight but noise continued throughout the night. No staff are on duty at night, so guests were given a key to get into the building. So security relied on guests being responsible. We were so close to the front door, with a flimsy inner door separating us from the lobby, it felt unsafe. The shower was in poor repair and dirty, with broken sealant , and with water pouring from beneath the shower door. There was a dangerous arrangement with an extension lead sitting on a table with a curtain hanging over it - a fire hazard. The room had a really storing smell of sewage. I was travelling with two older kids and would have walked out as soon as we arrived but it was late in the evening. It may be an isolated issue with this room, and others may be better, but it was a terrible experience. I raised it with the staff who couldn’t be less interested and just said they were fully booked. The only good thing was the breakfast.

Wonderful place to be. Very nice hotel at a hot spot of Belgrade. Really close to the center, in a very nice and cozy area with restaurants and bars. Spacious rooms, clean and recently renovated. The decor is quite ok, the rooms were clean and the staff super friendly and ready to help. The breakfast was absolutely tasty - you can choose what you want to have from a nice menu. Parking is difficult in the area but they also offer parking very close with extra charge. We had a very nice experience of the hotel. And it is quite economic.

By far the best service in a hotel I’ve ever received. The girl at front desk welcomed us with a smile and was so kind and friendly. The daily cleaning was way beyond our expectations, they even washed our dishes. The breakfast is atypical and delicious. Rooms were well equipped and nice and cozy, exactly as the photos. Each apartment is on its own floor so there were no noise issues and the location could not be better.

先说说缺点……我们住在A1房型，一群朋友在办单身派对……我哥一口咬定床上爬着什么东西，可能是蠓虫，但我没亲眼看到。不过，我回家那天身上确实被咬了好几口，但话说回来，也可能是其他地方的虫子咬的。淋浴严重溢水，水漫了好几英寸，就像在水上乐园里一样，甚至从浴室溢到了公寓的主楼层（这可不太妙）。我还问了泳池和桑拿房的事，被告知第一天要提前预订，这倒也无妨。结果我去预订的时候，却被告知要收费，可之前明明说是包含在房价里的。总之，除了这些，这地方其实挺不错的，淋浴很棒（除了溢水的问题），公寓干净整洁，设施齐全。地理位置优越，楼下就有一家很酷很有特色的酒吧。早餐还可以，包含在房价里，所以也没什么可抱怨的。拐角处有一家很棒的面包店，不过我是第三天才去的。重要提示——虽然网站上说自来水可以直接饮用，但我这边的水很浑浊，所以最好还是去商店买大瓶装水。不过总的来说住宿条件不错，员工也很友好，我觉得3/5分比较合理，毕竟还有提升空间。我会再次入住吗？会的。
我们入住的是Passpartu的两卧室公寓。公寓环境优美，带环绕式阳台和设施齐全的厨房。地理位置优越，靠近地标建筑和多家餐厅。工作人员热情友好，乐于助人。包含的早餐非常棒，我们可以在前一天晚上预订。菜量很大，味道也很美味。菜单选择丰富。我们在这里住了三晚，下次肯定还会再来。
