The room was dirty. The bed had yellow stains. Disgusting. The floors were awful. The exterior the building look nice is what entice me to book it once again in the building it’s all filthy.

Rooms were visibly dirty, when asked for a new blanket because it had a nasty material on it we were given an attitude and told they don’t do that at the desk.
Breakfast hours were incorrect so we missed breakfast

The pillows are horrible. The hotel needs to replace all pillows and window shades. Surprising for a Hilton hotel.

Honestly, the room service was terrible! They cleaned the room but didn’t even bother to leave clean towels in the bathroom. The hand soap and body wash were empty, and they never refilled them. When my husband called to ask for towels, they told us we had to go down to the reception to get them ourselves. So disappointing!
