Room was fine, except bathtub had numerous chips in porcelain.
There was no reception desk, entryway etc. apparently renovation has been underway for a year with another year to go. Shame on ******* for not informing us!

酒店回复: We are having all of our tubs refinished. We have been under renovation since 11/1/2024 and hope to be finished by the end of April 2025. Although it is not the normal front desk, we do have a temporary reception desk until the lobby is finished being renovated. We hope you'll stay with us again once our renovation is complete.

You rent a hotel room to guests that is under construction with no front desk or reception area and a “hot breakfast “ in a meeting room with no tables. You show be embarrassed!!

The hotel is undergoing a remodel so there was a lot going on. The room we had was remodel and looks great. The hotel is close to eateries and the interstate. Would stay here again if ever in London.

Both parking area and breakfast were ok, but not as nice as other Hampton Inns that we have stayed in.

construction - hotel room was not clean and needed rehab - they should have cut their prices until complete remodeling is done - won’t stay there again
