The room was clean, but it was an older cabin and it smelled like a old building. I would've stayed in a newer cabin if I had known. Cabin 6 needs a good airing. Staff was nice. Narrow roads to get around to your cabin.

The cabin was neat and quiet but there was a very foul odor like some type of dead animal either under the cabin or in the wall that wouldn’t go away. The only way to be able to stay in the cabin was to leave the door open. We actually left the next morning. Also when we were deciding on where to stay the pictures on the website showed a shower and a jetted tub for this cabin, there was no jetted tub in the cabin. When checking in there was no one at the office had to use the phone outside to call someone who said they had to notify someone that was on the property that we were there, it took almost 20 minutes for the caretaker to show up. In conclusion we had to cut our trip short because of the situation.

Room wasnt ready on arrival. Poor service, hazardous rug. Tolled up creating fall risk. No c lean yowels on second night. Only 2 coffee cups for 3 people and second day no cips st all. Door pkatw was broken, s iding on cabin was rotted

酒店回复: Sorry we were not able to meet your expectations, we had an emergency meeting taking us out of town. I don't bother to make excuses but we simply "forgot" to bring you coffee cups but you never called again to remind us or we would have been right there. I have a sense there was nothing we could do to make your stay satisfactory. thank you for giving us a try. Additionally our occupancy is two adults and two children under 12. If you want extra supplies it is spelled out in our policies that adult guest 3 and 4 will have an extra charge for extra supplies. Considering how rude you were to our staff - the entire interaction went badly.

Comfy bed and spacious room, close to the street and lots of noise, can also hear through walls as well so heard neighbors. Our rm was not rdy at checkin and took a long time.

酒店回复: HelloOnce again we appologize for not having your room ready when you "expected" but your reservation did not have a check in time so we took the ones with check in times as priority. If you travel agent recorded a check in time none of those are passed to us. The benefit of booking direct and not through a OTA. I'm sorry about noise you might have heard, we have put sound spas in all of our units to help block out outside noise. I wish we could do something about the traffic on the rode. Some days are heavier than other. I apologize it was not the experience you hoped for but thank you for choosing our property.Michelle

The room was excellent, with good service, dimmed slightly by the comings and goings of nearby neighbors both after midnight and just after dawn being able to be heard quite sharply.

Tall Pines Cabins are WONDERFUL
Our stay was wonderful ❤️. Cory and comfortable. I will definitely recommend Tall Pines Cabins. The staff and owners so very nice. We left some stuff in the closet, and received a call from the owner. He asked if he should mail it to us. We had only left a about 20 minutes before. We turned around and headed back to pickup the items. I have never received a call like this before. This shows that they care about the people that stay with them. Thank you
