We couldnt check in because the manager never showed up. After waiting outside for almost 2 hours and three phone calls my husband and i ended up leaving and driving the rest of the 6 hours home. I also have current picturea that i want to share because the property today is nothing like what is posted on your website. I would like a refund please because on the third phone call the manager told me he never received my reservation from ******* and he had issues with ******* in the past. This hotel is not even worthy of 1 star. Please respond to me about this issues!

Total gut job going on . Nobody there to check us in and when we called the # on the office door they said they couldn't be back for an hour. They offered a refund which we never got. They said they did everything on there part to do it and no it was up to *******. They have done nothing and when I try to talk with them I get a stupid useless bot. I'm done with them and anything associated with them.

WORST HOTEL
I was not able to check in in this hotel. I reached hotel around 915pm. Office was closed. There was number to call. I called them many times but call was going on voicemail. No one returned my call. I need my refund asap

The quaintness. The office was a wreck. The beds needed new mattress. The drains in sink and in bath tub did not drain.

Old motel in poor condition. Very noisy from traffic and AC. Apparently no way to control the temperature other than turning the AC on and off. The bed was comfortable.

Upon arrival we were told a water pipe burst in our room. We had to find another hotel. We were offered a full refund, which would be processed immediately. It's the next day and we haven't seen or heard from anyone on the refund.

As I explained to you on the phone, it was after midnight by the time I got done working and made it back to the office, and when I did I processed the refund as I said I would. I sent you a picture of the refund as I said I would. We offered you another room you did not want to stay so you did not have to find another motel you chose not to stay. When we spoke on the phone you were understandably upset to start with as you were thinking I did not process the refund and after I explained I did not send the picture that night as it was late and did not want to disturb your sleep as it was after 10 pm when you got here to check in, your mood seemed to have changed and was more understanding on why you did not get the message from me as I informed you I would do the night before. I asked if you could please change your review to indicate you had received the full refund and not to change anything else just the refund and you assured me you would and have not. I do apologize about your experience checking in with us. I was trying to make it up to you and had 3 other staff members plus myself getting a new room ready for you after 10 pm and was going to offer a 20 dollar discount for the inconvenience you experienced checking in but you chose to leave before we could check you in. Should you chose to give us another try and stay with us in the future I still invite you to do so and extend the 20 dollar discount to any future stay with us. Thank you for your review. New Owner, New Manger going to be some what the place just a newer look, on site manger and house keeper. rooms are now floor, beds and box springs are new. rooms are clean and safe. wifi, fridge and microwave, cable, ice machine, guest laundry,

So the first time I stayed I was put in a very clean room and felt safe. This was my second stay and theanager apparently quit and left. I got a not so clean room, fridge was old and had broken parts, and the carpet was super nasty. I saw people going to a room for 5 minutes and leaving. There were 5 broke down vehicles in the lot. I do not think I will be staying there again!!
