Pros: central location, private parking, courtyard, comfortable bed, good service. Cons: photos don't correspond reality, the street is very noisy - heavy vehicles, motorcycles, roosters, dogs, no chance to relax at the courtyard - there is always someone who walks in from the street, buys a coffee and talks loud on the phone for hours, we pay to use the hotel facilities, but for $2 dollars you can come over and open a private office at the patio where clients of the hotel want to relax, it happened every day, restaurant îs open to public, people have meals right under room window, no chance to relax even in the room, bad smell in the bathroom.

We stayed in three rooms. The hotel is quaint, rustic and cute. As far as value, it is a good value for price paid in my opinion. Pedro was extremely helpful during our stay with lots of help, tips, and other recommendations. The staff is incredibly attentive, and went above and beyond what their job was to make us feel comfortable and happy. I would chose this hotel again in a heartbeat.

This hotel is located in the center of Xico, close to restaurants, stores and many activities. The rooms are big, clean and comfortable. Pedro is an excellent host and everybody who works here. This is one of the best hotels in the area.

El lugar es hermosa la adapcion que hicieron de la casa a hotel Ya lo he visitado antes pero siento que su calidad bajo por un lado aceptan perros cuando es un hotel pequeño con mucho eco ( casa anitgua) y un perro no dejaba de ladrar y no podian hacer nada Por otro lado falta de personal , los que trabaja ahi son serviciales pero hacen todo 2 personas y pues no se dan a basto o sirven el desayuno o atienden la recepcion
