A great location to stay. We visited Aqua Sana and stayed at Travelodge overnight. A short walk into a small town which unfortunately appeared to be closed on Mondays? However we had a nice walk along the river. A clean place to stay with friendly staff

I pre-booked my room a day in advance and was greeted by Vicki, who was somewhat helpful upon my arrival. However, the first room I was given was unacceptable—filthy, with no toilet paper, unvacuumed hair, and an overall lack of cleanliness. When I brought this to Vicki’s attention, she acknowledged the room was not suitable for anyone to stay in. Disappointingly, the next room on the same corridor was even worse. It was appalling to find dirty mugs with cake debris still left on them alongside the spoons they were used with. I shouldn’t have to deal with such negligence. Finally, I was moved to a room on the third floor, which was a slight improvement, but by then, it was well past 9:30 PM and I was exhausted. Despite Vicki’s efforts, I’m extremely disappointed with my experience and the overall lack of cleanliness in your establishment. This is not the standard one should expect from a pre-booked stay.
