Friendly staff but, I would not recommend anyone to stay here. We could not even sleep because we of the ton of bugs in and out of the room. They did switched us to a different room but, found a huge spider and popcorn ceiling was full of mold.
Someone at Quality in heads quarters should really look into the unsafe conditions at this hotel.
When checking out the front staff said “I will show the pictures to my manager” no type of reimbursement or discount for the nightmare we had this location.

The hallway carpets were filthy. A guest was checking out the same day we checked in saying she couldn't stomach the filth. I felt like s full for staying.

When we first checked in, they gave us a room that we didn't reserve which was too small, so they had to move us to a bigger room which was the one we reserved.

This hotel is very nasty. Bath towel had stool stain on it. Room smelled horrible. Floors were nasty. Left and did not stay due to filth.

The overall quality of the hotel has gone down since it originally opened. The hotel is in need of a much needed upgrades. The room was clean, however, we found underwear from prior guest under the table. The staff was very friendly but the hotel gives cheap vibes. We did not try the breakfast as I saw one of the staff members touching the bagels without gloves.
