I had a great stay at this hotel. The service was excellent, and the staff were super friendly and welcoming. They were always willing to help and made me feel comfortable throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for great service and a pleasant experience.

I booked a double, they have me 2 single beds. After I complained they moved me to a double but the tv remote and bedside lamp were not working

Ii had the most amazing treatment at Road lodge the people where beyond professional and helpful I arrived at 11pm so tired and the gentleman at reception was so welcoming he heated our food and did everything to make us feel comfortable he was amazing I loved my stay at Road lodge even though it was only 8 hours. I will definitely go again.

Twin beds bases keep moving and they are very small in size..rooms not spacious enough, no fridges in the room,bathroom not spacious to even turn around.

The best service ever received from Imibulelo, Sino Zandile and the rest of the housekeeping staff . Very kind and professional service. Everyone one of them deserve and a token of appreciation. I loved my staff because they all made it feel like home. My humble appreciation

你知道，每次我访问东伦敦时，我都喜欢那家酒店，但从去年开始就不再喜欢了。我总是后悔去路边旅馆，这一次我有精力甚至抱怨羞耻，电视播放效果不佳其他频道根本没有声音，然后淋浴哦哇哈哈水压太糟糕了'根本无法正常出来 我在漫长的一天后努力淋浴 我什至无法正常淋浴 水很冷，我打电话给我的那位女士帮我洗了 所以水位和事实是不热水说我应该等一段时间才能改变，但不幸的是，水有点热，每次我去那个地方，我总是后悔把钱浪费在水上，因为似乎什么都没有改变。在冷水淋浴后出去买一些食物和饮料的另一边，不幸的是，在我的另一边，没有冰桶可以放我的饮料，而且制冰机坏了。我不知道为什么在我告诉自己很多次地方是一个接一个的之后我又回去了
