Clean but no hot water.
Clean and friendly, no tv but service quickly got us one, they also swiftly got us more pillows. Like that they give a noon time checkout. The only downfall is they do not have hot water for a shower. This was our second visit with no hot water. Will stay somewhere else next time.

Huge pool and gym (would have used it if I wasn’t so tired from driving). A/C was already set to cold before I got in my room. Pillows weren’t as firm as I like but the king size bed made up for it.

The room was extremely large for the price. After figuring out the VRE, the commute to DC was a piece of cake. Will definitely stay here on my next visit to DC.

Room was clean, a little outdated. Elevator and hallway smelled like pot, but I guess you can’t help what the guest do outside the building. Room was fine.
******* did not send the booking info so there was a little confusion at check in. The staff was very helpful.

the air conditioner was very noisy making crackling sounds all night. Thank goodness I brought ear plugs. Otherwise clean, nice staff and good breakfast

The fourth floor of the property had a terrible smell for the two days we were there. Our room had stains all over the carpet throughout the suite. There was writing on the walks, multiple scuff marks. The tub had brown scratches. The black out blinds had multiple holes.

Comfy & reasonably priced hotel
very reasonable price, safe parking lot, good coffee, excellent shower pressure, quiet sleep, nice staff. Breakfast ok
