Stayed for a week. Was very very disappointed. Couldn’t get clean towels or the room cleaned the whole week I was there. Said they were understaffed. The manger lied repeatedly about stuff. Then took away a credit the clerk Alex gave me for the Overpayment after I checked out. Then lied to corporate and said I checked out late….. smh… Very Bad Management. I understand why they are understaffed. Comfort Inn is right next door. You’d be better off staying there! Trust me. They need New Management!!!

I have been staying at this Motel off and on for the past few years and the New Management and her team is AWSOME compared to ALL of the previous GM's that have been at this property. They all are very friendly and if you need something all you have to do is go to the office and ask. If it's there great, if it's not then they go out of there way to get it and bring it to you. A huge SHOUT out to Emmily and her team for phenomenal service and this Motel 6 for finding the perfect Team to run this hotel. Just wish there was an Emmily and her team at every Motel 6.

The front desk person was super nice. The room was horrible. Holes in the wall, broken headboard on the bed, broken soap dish in shower...I couldn't even take a shower because I didn't feel comfortable. One of the pillows smelled like body odor. The only reason I didn't request a new room was because my son, who is on the spectrum, asked me not to.

This was the nastiest place to stay. There was cockroaches everywhere and even got into our clothes. We requested a non-smoking room and still smelled like cigarettes. The floors were very dirty as well. Wouldn’t recommend staying here!!

Blankets werent washed, someone smoked in our room before, pretty sure a blacklight would make the room look like the sun

I paid for an extra night here and then the cops were called because they said i was a “disturbance” as I was literally packing and leaving. and Rhonda at the front desk is rude. i paid for a stay and wasn’t even allowed to stay

This property is different than any other motel six I’ve ever been to. It’s quite clean and there’s not all kinds of madness going on outside the room which I appreciate. All staff members that I have personally coming to contact with all awesome and will help you with anything you need. I’m not gonna lie. I usually frown upon motel six but this location is a game changer and the price is just right for my situation.

不管是携程标注的下午两点入住有误，还是酒店规定三点才能入住，我们大约两点十分到达时，明明有现成的房间。然而，我们却被安排了一个还没准备好的房间。我们之所以看到携程上写着下午两点入住而感到兴奋，是因为我们从夏威夷坐了一夜的飞机，想在去看演唱会前洗个澡。结果我们在外面等了二十分钟。
此外，洗手池周围总是有小虫子飞来飞去。
当我们询问时，得到的回答是“哦，它们到处都是。”
这家汽车旅馆超额预订，我们的预订被取消了，而且没有通知我们。经过 8 小时的旅行后，我们到达时被告知没有房间，只能去其他地方。我和经理通话时，他挂断了电话。他让我冷静下来，然后离开。千万不要住在这里！
