Check in was great. AC didn’t work. TV didn’t work. It was a day trip so I wasn’t in the room long. If it was a weekend trip or long would’ve brought it up with management. I visit Rockport frequently but will never get a room again at that oyo.

I recently stayed at this hotel and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. Despite being advertised as having a check-in time of 3 PM, upon arrival, I found the office locked and unattended. A sign on the door instructed guests to call a number for assistance. After finally reaching someone, I was informed that check-in wasn't actually until 4 PM, contrary to what was advertised.
Once I gained access to my room, the conditions were far from acceptable. The ceilings were dirty, and the walls were in desperate need of repainting. To make matters worse, I encountered roaches in the restroom, and there were mysterious stains throughout the room. Dust covered many surfaces, adding to the overall feeling of neglect.
While the view from the hotel is undeniably beautiful and the surrounding businesses are satisfactory, these positives do not compensate for the hotel's poor maintenance and cleanliness. Overall, my stay was unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this hotel to others.

Highly dont recommend staying here. My toilet wouldn't fill with water and my tub wouldn't drain. I told them and they supposedly fixed it but later i found out they didn't. Room was to hot and ac was spitting black stuff out of it. Pool was full of dirt because the grounds keeper blew all the dirt and trash into the pool.
