The rooms were clean, well maintained, and perfect for relaxing after a long day out. The staff were friendly and helpful, always making sure we were taken care of, which really added to the overall experience. The environment felt safe, peaceful, and ideal for both group stays and quiet getaways. The Hotel was a great choice for our trip, and I’d definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Lilongwe especially if you’re traveling with friends and looking for a comfortable, pleasant stay.

I recently stayed at Simama Hotel in Lilongwe, and it was an overall pleasant experience, with clean and comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel; the on-site restaurant served a good variety of meals though service could be a bit slow during busy times and the facilities, including the pool and common areas, were well maintained, while the hotel’s convenient location made it easy to access shops and transport, ultimately offering solid value for money and making it a stay I would consider repeating.

Friendly staff was the best feature. Disappointing features was the advertised pool had been closed for over twelve months. Maintenance on the property was substandard for the price point.

Simama 酒店从各个层面来看都很糟糕。房间，包括地毯、床单和窗帘，都很脏。我要求换床单，结果更糟。结果发现他们连吸尘器都没有，根本没法清理满是灰尘的地毯。我们点的菜好几次都变质了，肉也不新鲜，我为了避免****，干脆放弃了一顿饭。餐厅里、桌子上都有蟑螂，天花板上还有我怀疑是老鼠的东西。这不仅会危害健康，还会让人情绪波动，绝对不值得你为此付出任何代价。不过，我必须补充一点，工作人员很友好，也尽力让我们的住宿体验稍微好一点，但显然他们无能为力，没有资源来改善这种情况。
省钱吧……最糟糕的体验。酒店很破旧，地毯很脏。到处都是灰尘，床单和窗帘都很脏。食物难吃，种类单一。香肠也难吃。用餐区有蟑螂。
我们入住不到10分钟就发现床上有臭虫。他们对我们大加嘲讽，说是沙子。如果我能上传照片，我会上传，你们自己判断照片里有没有臭虫。我们被安排去一家新酒店，还要加价房费。更别提这地方好几年没装修过了。看起来像是《我爱露西》里的豪华酒店。
不值得考虑，因为这家酒店太糟糕了。服务令人不快，员工不称职，没有无线网络，房间里很脏，有很多灰尘，纸巾很脏，天花板漏水，噪音太大，难以进入区域，不推荐给任何人
