My first stay was unplanned, I was feeling ill in South Luangwa and we decided to stay at Protea Chipata while I rest and recover. The hospitality and care from the entire team was just wonderful. They even catered gluten free meals (I have celiac disease) and showed such great concern, it left a lasting impression. Our next visit, we received the most warmest welcome back. So many team members came up to greet us and welcome us back. It’s just so special. The meals are prepared with such pride, the service is impeccable. I can’t name everyone personally as every single staff member was great, but Kelvin, Zak’s, Nyirenda and the rest of team are just amazing. Paul the guard is such a delight! We highly recommend you enjoy the wonderful stay at Protea Chipata.
