Breakfast with additional offerings was excellent. And the ladies working the breakfast room at this hotel were superb. Very clean area and food was hot and fresh. Thank you. Room was great too. I will be back.

We are so grateful for the kindness shown by staff at this location. Our flight out of Ottawa was canceled, so needed to book a last minute stay. The staff offered help in several ways allowing us to return our rental car on time and get to the airport in time for our flight the next day - in addition to a comfortable stay.

环境和位置都很不错
酒店有一点点老，电梯慢吞吞的。
然后预订的时候他说是标准房，但是入住的时候直接分配标间，说是他们就是这么安排的。其他都还好，周边有一个Costco,还有一个外卖中餐，挺方便的。
房间里的USB充电口都坏了。
酒店干净卫生，环境不错
房间干净整洁，比图片上看起来还要好，服务也很棒！由于航班临时延误，我申请了延迟退房，前台工作人员非常友善且理解我的情况。如果以后需要机场附近的住宿，我还会选择这家。早餐种类丰富，碳水化合物的选择也超出预期！
除了购物和餐饮场所，这里环境友好且非常干净。适合商务出行，且交通便利，可轻松前往高速公路。
酒店离机场近，周边餐饮也多，出行方便，就是没有拖鞋和睡衣，有点不方便。
前台说我是个**，因为我说了句脏话（语气并不威胁），就把我赶了出去。
他们还报警了，说我是个**，尽管事实并非如此。
我要求见经理，希望能和更理智的人谈谈。结果，只有他一个人……
我知道我们当时的对话肯定有视频，哈哈。
我很想看看，如果他的老板看到了，我肯定会气疯的。
作为一名旅行者，我有权利感到沮丧和愤怒。我有权利骂人。
我没有对他出言不逊，甚至连粗鲁都没有。
请雇佣更好的员工。
