The premium king room riverside was clean. The vinyl flooring was cold underfoot. Arrived early as it was a snow storm Sunday. We were hoping for an early check-in. NOT…
Place was busy and seriously under staffed… our 4pm check-in became an actual after 530pm. We checked twice…2pm then again at 330pm… Our anticipated walkout room view was hampered by darkness…
The swim-out Pool was full of leaves… understandable since it was the first day of snow but we were there after 9am. Water temperatures were on the cooler side… even in the hot tub!
My thoughts were we should have brought a Mr Clean magic eraser. Management should put extra effort into maintaining their big draw!!!
We stood in the dry heat sauna to thaw…
Our anticipated Ontario retirement tour was a let down… I know Canada can do better!!!

房间面积大约40平，两人居住舒适。无论是前台还是餐厅服务人员，服务水准都非常高，满面笑容，服务效率高。一楼餐厅晚餐品质很高，服务员小妹妹特别热情，我很喜欢她的笑容，餐厅的奶奶也非常友好热情。酒店停车位很多，付费停车。不足就是：电梯位置在一楼的中间，位置比较奇怪，因为没啥行李所以我选择了爬楼梯。酒店周围吃的也很多，距离DT大约1公里。
位置非常好。附近有个美丽的湖，一定不能错过。房间又大又干净。楼下还有好喝的咖啡。

位置非常好，非常便利。餐馆和地标景点都在附近。但是，前台服务人员没有告知停车费，而且餐厅里有现场乐队……说实话，这不太专业。
体验很棒，但凌晨 5 点到 6 点这段时间火警响了。
