There was a loud, all-night “party” in the adjacent room. I had to leave early without any rest—getting rest was the main reason for my stay.

Overall fair condition
The overall room condition was fair. One drawer was broken and wouldn’t close. The water pressure in the shower was good.

The place is starting to show wear. Needs carpet, paint, elevators need cosmetic work.

The hotel is showing it’s age and the mattress was lumpy, otherwise perfect. Very clean

The next room has been blaring music even as I'm writing this at 2am , we checked in at 8pm and music has been non stop, we are checking out because of it. Horrible I have recorded the music on my phone of how loud the music is. Very upset not worth the $140 dollar

The rooms were tired and needed updating. Also, the breakfast was sad.

My first nogjt was great staff was great and another person I thought I was reserved Ed for Dec 8-10 to as my grandma was on life support . Courtney helped correct tje reservation however my credit card was charge twice by ******* and twice by hotel . The clerk has my run my card again saying it was declined and now I have 2 charges on my debit card also . So total of 6 charges over 650 to stay 2 nights . Each person says tje dispute needs to be done with ******* and ******* says dispute with hotel. The evening staff was not helpful and I was emotional as my grandmother has just passed away and now I have all these extra charges
