Staff is friendly and helpful. But room is not what described, paid for a one bed room for it's barely bigger than cheaper rooms.
I was also promised for discounted parking fees, again I was charged full (55/day). There were many cars behind me at the paying site so I paid it , not wanting to delay other travelers.

I paid $55 for parking and they took my $50 deposit for parking.
Didnt make any since. Total ripoff

The main problem was *******. To start I did the booking at 6 PM and I had put the correct date but when I press continue, your system automatically gave me the next day booked. When I showed up to the hotel since it was done through a third-party, I had to go back through ******* chat service to be able to change the reservation. It took over an hour and a half to change the date. Then as well on *******, you guys advertise two queen beds when we went inside the room they were two twin beds. We went down to the bottom of the hotel room and they explained to us that ******* has the information wrong and that they don’t have two queen beds. They only have two twin beds. The hotel itself was nice and the staff was great, but the problem was ******* booking platform customer service platform, and false information provide provided.

Excellent In all aspects except our room had two standard size double beds. The room should probably been furnished with a king bed and sitting chair.
