This hotel is a great place to stay. Only things I would change is the hard mattresses and flat pillows

Some deferred maintenance in the property. Shower water faucet is plumbed opposite in room 402. Hot is cold, cold is hot. Shower head is very loose, some mold in the shower. No coffee cups in the room for the coffee maker.
Otherwise, property was nice, staff was friendly, breakfast was okay.

This hotel experience was top notch. Our room smelled very clean and fresh. Breakfast was well prepared and the dining area was clean. Very friendly staff. Overall a great experience and we've been to a lot of hotels in the past 20 years. I'd stay again AND recommend to friends!

Pillows
Everything was great. My only concern is that I think the pillows need replaced. Very flat and not comfortable. Had to double up just to have neck support.

Staff were distracted by cell phone use. Out of paper coffee cups, No effort to remedy.
