I arrived at 9 PM. The receptionist was friendly, helpful, and pleasant. The room was clean and had everything i needed. It was a really nice room. I highly recommend Candlewood Suites, Omaha Airport giving it high marks and will stay there again when visiting Omaha.

The AC made the rooms smell musty or mildewy. They kindly switched me to another room, but it was the same. Overall, it’s a nice place but paint, bathroom caulk, and such things are older and dated. I don’t mind older condition, but the smell from the AC was troublesome.

没有温控。水流弱，水流慢。总体不错。
房间温控坏了。太热，而且加热器关到最低温度后仍然无法关闭。淋浴蒸汽弱；冲洗头发花了很长时间。就这个价格来说，应该提供一些早餐。总体不错。
退房后，我把给别人买的一袋礼物落在房间里了。回家后才发现，我打电话过去。我打了电话，一位名叫CJ的优秀年轻人特意从清洁车上找到了它。他把它放在前台，直到我女儿帮我取走。他真是个好员工！
