It appears they are doing some renovation to the hotel, such as painting and new carpet. In our room, the bathroom countertop was updated, but you can tell the shower was still old due to the stains and layers of caulk. The shower curtain was new but way too long. You’d be stepping on the bottom of the shower curtain while taking a shower. The room had fresh paint and new carpet. The elevator at the hotel still does not work. They do have washers and dryers that you will pay fee to use.

They did not have my reservation from *******. I had my email with confirmation and number. I had to book two single rooms. I received an email from the hotel asking me about my stay. So, where was my reservation?

Property was clean and front foyer smelt good. Could tell right away that the facility was old upon walking into front door, but again it was very clean. Elevator had some issues and was operating very slowly. However, manager did have a sign posted that they were aware of the issue and a tech has been contacted. Room was clean. However, upon going to bed we were unable to close the curtain due to some of the curtain was missing. Therefore, a bright light shine in the room all night preventing sleep. Then there was a drawer on the dresser that refused to stay closed so we kept running into it when walking thru the room. The stay was short and served it's purpose but Management needs to look into doing some upgrades. Breakfast was done well and served timely.

Excellent location. Good breakfast. Great customer service. Only issue we had was elevator door poened very slow, but closed fast but was a little troubling. Sign was available assuring elevator was ok amd will be maintenanced
Beds were comfortablentoo and restrooms were clean.

The employees were very nice, but the bed was terrible. It felt like about a 30-year-old mattress. I didn’t sleep much at all. The lotion in the bathroom was half used. The towels were crispy. They were not soft at all and there were bugs on the floor, so it apparently had not been swept or mopped

I stood at the Fairfield inn & suites in Victoria, Texas and I can say that it was a great stay. I will say aside from my one drawer that I opened one day and wouldn’t stay close was annoying but I found a way to temporarily fix it, my stay was nice the staff cleaned well, breakfast wasn’t the greatest but it was still nice, and you have the mall on one side of the hotel and a small shopping center on the other side and a couple convenient stores. If I come back I would stay here again.

Sensitive nose
Everything was wonderful. Just the bad carpet smell in the room was overwhelming. Or maybe the air-conditioning needs cleaning. But the people were awesome.
