This is the worst hotel I have ever seen. No credit, no contract spirit. Don't book it.
I want to complain to the front desk on the evening of May 31. The attitude is quite bad. There is discrimination against Asians. I booked 9 twin rooms. When checking in, I was forced to allocate 8 double rooms. The front desk said "there are no twin rooms". What did I book? Even if they are not a couple, the same sex is forced to sleep in one bed. There is no extra duvet/comforter, only cover! Guess what, the guest has to cover on top of another cover until it is not cold.
Most of the rooms are allocated on the second floor. There is no porter service. They will never help you carry your luggage. For a tour group of 50-80 years old, this is quite bad.

Very good, clean, staff friendly. Had abit of disappointment aroubd the food but that was a minor, it was sorted quickly. Would stay again.

Quick welcoming check in. Plenty of on site parking. Comfy room. Everything worked ok. Gave my feedback to the reception manager when I checked out this morning.

Booked this near motorway hotel to break up an overnight trip. Room fully paid in advance. Arrived at 1am to be told it was overbooked, and we and our family of 4 would need to find somewhere else. Receptionist was apologetic and helpful, but it took 30 mins to locate another room a further 50 minutes drive away. We then had to pay again for this and will now have to negotiate a refund of our prepaid room. No attempt was made to contact us beforehand to warn us there was an issue.

大部分房间分配在2楼 没有搬运服务 绝不帮助你搬运行李 对于一个50-80岁的旅行团来说 这是相当糟糕的

这家酒店距离M1高速公路只有几分钟路程,地理位置比较独立。它不在服务区内,现场没有加油站或其他服务设施,只有这家酒店。我的房间采光非常差,对于一个被描述为“无障碍”的房间来说,这似乎不够好。房间和浴室都还行。然而,隔壁房间的客人在凌晨1点大声说话,这让我很不爽,因为我第二天需要早起。这可能不是酒店的错,但噪音是通过两间房之间一扇锁着的、但隔音效果不好的连通门传过来的,所以每个字都听得一清二楚。
员工很友好,位置很好,有免费停车,房间也不错。

这是一家假日酒店,服务水平也应该和假日酒店一样。十几岁的工作人员对任何事情都漠不关心,门厅里的每件家具上都有污渍,早餐无人监督,食物很快就用完了。房间还可以,有床和淋浴。
