The staff were helpful. We have stayed several times in the past and this stay was not the same quality as in the past. The breakfast was not well prepared. Our room had a pet smell.

The hotel is nice, but the air conditioner couldn't seem to keep the temperature right, so it wasn't as comfortable as it should have been. Otherwise, it was a nice place, in a good location.

I asked specifically to not be put in a handicapped room. Lady at front desk assured me it was not a handicapped room, but when I got in it was still a handicapped room. I decided I wasn't going to fight it. She texted me then to see if I was o.k. but by then I had unpacked and used the bathroom. She offered to move me, but I no thank you. I recommended they find a way to list the rooms that were for handicapped.

The front desk person, Shanna, was especially nice when we checked in. I tried to call down to ask about dining options but our phone in our room didn't work, so she texted us to see if we needed anything.
My only complaint is the configuration of the room. The TV to off to the side of the bed so you have to turn your head or lay sideways on the bed to see it. Not a big deal unless your neck is already hurting.
All in all, it is a very nice hotel, and we would definitely stay there again.

Great stay, the desk chair was very squeaky, that’s our only and pitiful remark!! Everything else was above and beyond!! Wonderful stay!!!

Overall it was a good stay,… a little higher in price, but wasn’t busy, the breakfast was above average! My only issue was we had a family emergency and checked out a day earlier, the manager declined to credit us the extra night’s stay,… even going through ******* to request, the manager declined! I’ve never stayed anywhere that if an issue arose ( and it’s rare) that the management wasn’t understanding and accommodating with a refund or credit request,

Planned to stay for a night in Baton Rouge and chose this area in Denham Springs for convenience off the highway. Overall the stay was fine, but overpriced for what the hotel is. It was clean enough, and the bed was comfortable. AC worked well. Parking was easy. Lots close by if you want something to eat. Breakfast provided had typical hotel choices, but coffee wasn’t great. Waited a while to check in as nobody was at the desk, and there was no bell to notify anybody that we were there. Overall stay was fine, but I’d only come back if the price was lower.

The property was fine. The lication was great. The staff was good. The only thing I have a problem with is when i checked in. I was advised that i had to pay extra. It seems as though the price i paid through ******* was not correct. And i had to pay almost 100 dollars more. This I don't understand. Could someone explain this to me. Especially since I made reservations a month in advance.
